Rogue Development breaks ground on 3 new Dutch Bros sites in the Denver Metro Area.
Denver based Rogue Development, LLC is excited to announce 3 new Dutch Bros developments in the Denver metro area. The three sites are located in (i) Thornton (41 W. 84th Ave), (ii) Parker (10365 S Parker Rd) and (iii) Conifer (10855 US Hwy 285). All sites will be free-standing operations featuring the prototypical Dutch Bros coffee stands, drive-thru and walk-up service window. The stores will open during the 4th quarter of 2019.
Greg Moran, Principal with Rogue Development states, “This is a great start to expand the Dutch Bros footprint in the Denver metro area. We are actively seeking commercial land parcels in Colorado not less than 28,000 sf, that will allow for an 858 sf building, with a single drive-thru lane, complimented with a walk-up customer window and outdoor patio area. The sites should possess excellent visibility, convenient ingress and egress and be supported by a strong mix of daytime and residential population”.
Dutch Bros currently operates 11 stores in Colorado (Denver (1); Colorado Springs (6); Fort Collins (1); Loveland (1); Longmont (1); and Greeley (1).
